Due to a recent change in legislation around shipments to some of the Channel Islands, we have made the decision to stop individual patient deliveries to the Islands. We understand that this is a worrying time for you and we wanted to give you as much notice as possible of the change that will be occurring. Rest assured that we have tried to put in place as much assistance as possible to support you with this change.
What does this mean to me?
Curaleaf Pharmacy will no longer be able to send your prescription items directly to you on the Island. However, there are pharmacies available who can do this for you.
What pharmacy should I use?
Ultimately, we believe that this change will improve the service levels for yourself meaning that you will no longer need to apply for an import permit for your medication. There are several pharmacies on the islands but you will have noted from the Clinic letter that Medicann Clinic have offered a free of charge initial consultation and a free of charge first follow-up consultation. Medicann also have their own pharmacies on the islands and will also be fully stocked to offer you a seamless service. However, the choice of Clinic and Pharmacy is completely your choice.
If you need any assistance with locating pharmacies on the island, please do not hesitate to contact us by emailing orders@curaleafpharmacy.co.uk.
When will this take place?
We will cease the shipment of product after 31st July. We would recommend that you speak to your clinic and arrange for any prescriptions to be sent to Curaleaf Pharmacy in advance of this date to ensure that any repeat prescriptions are dealt with before the cut-off date.
Can I still get the same products?
Yes – the same products will be available from your new pharmacy on the Channel Islands.
Finally, we would like to thank you for your custom and can assure you that you have been a valued customer throughout.
